WHO WE ARE…

OUR MISSION

A 2022 study shows that a person's fear of death does not come from just one single trait. Instead, many different parts of a person's life mix together to change how they feel.

For example, people who are older, female, or married generally feel less afraid of dying, and these traits protect them even more when they overlap. Beliefs also play a surprising role: believing in an afterlife makes people less scared because they think life continues, but simply believing in a soul can actually increase fear.

Additionally, single people who are terrified of vanishing completely are often the most interested in freezing their bodies through technology to live forever. In the end, except for the common fear of being forgotten, almost every thought about death depends on how a person's relationships and personal beliefs connect.

Our mission is to share life and love with anyone who is afraid of death. Sharing stories from those who have come close to death and returned gives each of us a message of hope.

We’re a staff of volunteers dedicated to serving those who are in search of more than what religion or traditional society offers.
